Hi, me again,

This MakeTeXPK script appears to use gsftopk. I have put this program on our
ftp site, dnpap.et.tudelft.nl:/pub/Richard/gsftopk.tar.gz.
I forgot all about this program myself and the MakeTeXPK I sent
earlier is directly based on xdvik's MakeTeXPK and the MakeTeXPK in this
tar file. This stuff is all directly from the ftp site of the original
author (from the man page):

     Written by Paul Vojta, based on parts of the program  gsren-
     derfont by Karl Berry.
